PURSUANT to Sections 320 and 321 of the Counties’ Act 1920, Section 54 of the Rating Act 3925 and Section 5 of the Valuation of Lands Amendment Act 1933 and all amendments thereto, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Waimate West Countv Council at a meeting to be held on THURSDAY", 3.lth July, 39.35, to make and levy the following general rates, for the period commencing on Ist April, 1935, *and ending on 31st March, 1930. Waimate Riding.—One penny and one-third of a penny in. the £. Kaupokonui Riding.—One penny and one-third of a penny in the £. On 75% of the Capital Value of all rateable property in each riding as appearing in the Y’aluation Rolls for the time being in force, subject to the provisions of Section 5 of the Valuation of Land Amendment Act 1933. Such rates to become due and payable in one sum on the 31st JULY, 1935, at the County Office, Manaia, where the Y'aluation Rolls are open for inspection during office hours.
