OUTLOOK FOR NEW ZEALAND IMPROVING WORLD POSITION OPTIMISM OF MR CO ATES [By TV.cgraph —Tress Association.) AUCKLAND, March 12. ‘Out outlook to-day iis definitely bettor than twelve months ago,” said the R.t. Hon. J. G. Coates in opening the annual conference of the New Zealand Justices of the Peace Association this morning. Encouraging prospects were improvements in the apple growing, and pigraising' industries. _ The world position was definitely brighter than a year ago.
