ELDERLY WOMAN ATTACKED MAN SENTENCED AT DUNEDIN 'Hy - T*r**>* A«e*v'tHfclon.' DUNEDIN, March 9. Mr Justice Kennedy sentenced Henry Esson Matliieson,' aged 24, to three years’ reformative treatment for assaulting an elderlv woman with intent to rob, and for the theft of money from the woman’s house. Matliieson emigrated to New Zealand in 1928, haying been nominated hv the victim of'the assault.
