NEW REVOLUTION BREWING TROOPS ENGAGE REBELS. (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph Copyrights HAVANA, Sept. 21. Reports reaching Havana on Thursday night indicated that Government troops clashed with the rebel forces of Juan Bias Hernandez at Lascuevas ranch near Moron, and tw 7 o rebels were killed. News of the first actual armed, clash between the forces supporting the, Ramon Gran San Martin Government with rebels, is supplemented by persistent rumours in Havana that the forces here were ready to strike at the new Government, and a new revolution is brewing.
