Interviewed prior to going to Geneva, Dr. Dollfuss objected to the description of the new Government as Fascist, adding: “We have created a new Austria out of chaos. Tell England we are determined and we shall succeed. There is deep wisdom- in the Mussolini phrase ‘Fascism is not an exportable article.’ ”
