NEW GERMAN BUILDINGS REGULATIONS ANNOUNCED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph oopyright.) Deceived 3.0 p.m. to-day. BERLIN, Aug. 27. All premises built in future will, have to conform to the Air Ministry’s regulations which are designed to make them fire resistant and to provide gas and bomb shelters.
