GERMAN LOSES ON FOUL. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) LONDON, Aug. 25. The Australian boxer George Cook, was awarded the verdict in the thirteenth round of a 15-round bout at Liverpool against the German, Ernst Geubring, who was disqualified for a low punch. Geubring had earlier been, cautioned and told to keep his punches higher. The fight was marred by excessive clinching. Cook was aggressive, hue was checked by the German continually playing for the body.
