THREE MEN INJURED. CONDITION OF ONE SERIOUS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Aug. 24. A gelignite explosion occurred this afternoon at the Manuherika dam, near Otureliua, Central Otago, resulting in three men, Kenneth Cameron, John Scoles and John Pauley, all of Dunedin, being admitted to the Maniototo Hospital. Cameron is very severely injured. Scoles is suffering from deep cuts about the head and face and Pauley’s injuries are of a minor nature.
