FTSII TAKEN BY TRAWLERS AUSTRALIAN DECTSTON (United Press Association- —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) CANBERRA, March 9. An official proclamation to-day exempts, from primage duty fish caught • v Australian trawlers outside Australian waters. The proclamation is a sequel to trawlers’ operations in New Zealand waters, which raised official doubts whether their catches wore liable to primage.
