In the Eltham Magistrate’s Court this morning Air. W. H. Woodward, S.M., gave judgment for Edith Field in an undefended claim for £2 ’4s against Alfred Cooper. On a charge of riding a bicycle at night in Eltham without a light Thomas Rolton, of Rawhitiroa, a farm hand, was convicted and fined 5s in the Eltham Magistrate’s Court this morning. On a second charge of riding a bicycle without a rear red reflector attached Rolton was convicted and discharged.
