VESSELS BREEZE: AND STORM. BOTH TO PAY COURT COSTS. (Bv Tr-lecrraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. Feb. 20. Judgments in the Breeze find Storm inquiries find that both mishaps were contnbuted to by errors on--the part of the captains and both were ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry. The certificates were returned in each case.
