Jonathan Rlex Swarbrick, a farmer of Norsewood, aged 21, pleaded guilty of the theft of three- islieep valued at £2 14s, the property of a neighbouring farmer, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.. Swarbrick in evidence said the- sheep were on his father’s property 12 months so lie killed two wethers, hanging tlie- skins bearing the earmark in tlie cowshed.
