The .steamer Nansingh, of the Arrawaddy flotilla, foundered between Moulmein and Rangoon to-day. The Indian crew was rescued, but both the European officers were drowned. While giving orders regarding the rescue measures, Captain Goad, principal port officer, fell overboard from a sampan. His body lias not been recovered.
