Commissioner and Mrs James Hay,, of the Salvation: Army, will arrive, in Hawera by car to-morrow morning. About 39 officers from different parts of Taranaki will also be in Hawera during the day, and at night a public meeting will take plaice at thoj Army Hall, a.t which the Commissioner will be present.
