The said memorandum of second mortgage is subject to a memorandum of mortgage number 55634 to the National Bank of New Zeafenu, Limited, securing approximately £567. Particulars of the said memorandum of second mortgage are: The said mortgage secures the repayment o*f the principal sum of £1470 on the Ist January, 1935, with interest at the rate of 8 per cent., reducible to 7 per cent, paid within 14 days. The sale will be conducted by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.‘, Ltd., at their saleyards, Hawera, on THURSDAY, the 23rd day of September, 1926, at 1 o'clock in the 'afternoon.
