At a, conference of the Auckland branch or the New Zealand Dairy Factory Managers’ Association, Mr. Garry (Ngaruawahia) moved to express regret that dairy companies in Taranaki were not living up to the agreement with regard to wages of dairy factory managers. Such action, he thought, would force the managers to apply to the Arbitration Court for an award, and that, he claimed, was undesirable.
