Dr. Stresemann (Germany), in a statement to British newspapermen, warmly dwelt on the value of the Locarno Agreement, which ended the policy of opposition and conflicting aim,' now that the Powers co-operating in Locarno had been merged into the League of Nations. The primary task of leaders in all countries had been to find followers of the Locarno policy.
