SYDNEY, -Sept.. 15. it; is understood that a, deadlock has arisen in the ballot for •‘-be. leadership of the Parliamentary Labour Party, both Mr Lang and Air Lough!in having received 23 votes.. It is stated that the, standing orders of the party do not .provide for a, returning officer having a, casting vote. The caucus meeting adjourned until to-day.
