NO MORE EXPLORATION. CERTAIN NO LAND AT POLE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. WASHINGTON, June 27. A message from Seattle, Washington, states that Captain Amundsen, 011 arriving there from Alaska, said he was virtually certain there was no land on the route followed by the Norge across the Pole to Alaska. “My work is finished,” he.said. “All the big problems have been solved. The work that remains in Polar exploration is a matter of detail. Let others handle it.”
