KILLED BY TRAIN.
RACE PASSENGER: FALLS BETWEEN CARRIAGES. (BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.). WAIPAWA, June 28. Francis George Sharp! n, aged 48, married and with two children, was killed at the railway station on Saturday night.. __ Deceased, who was a resident of Waipukurau, was returning from the Hastings races. He alighted here, but apparently delayed resuming his seat until after the starting signal was given, and, in attempting to board the moving train, fell between _ two callages. The body was- shockingly mutilated.
