REASON FOR LABOUR’S WIN. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON. March 28. The Labour victory at Botliwell is ascribed to a strong feeling against a reduction in the miners’ wages, as suggested by the Coal Commission’s report, as the constituency is a mining one.
