BACON FACTORY EMPLOYEES OUT. 3Y CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. MELBOURNE, Nov. 25. Employees of two big bacon factories at Preston and Ballarat, respectively, struck, following the employers’ refusal to grant a demand of ten per cent increase in wages. The strike has thrown the industry into chaos, as other employers feel unsafe to make forward arrangements. The employees, accordingly, throughout the industry, have been given fourteen days’ notice of dismissal
