At the oneniug of the Locarno debate in the Reichstag, Dr. Luther declared that the Government would resign after the signature of the Locaino agreements in London on December 1. He expressed the opinion that the new Government could only he one which was determined to pursue a policy ot harmonising wtih the Locarno agieements, pointing out that German} vas sure of a seat at the council of the League of Nations. Dr. Luther said that? Germany’s right to colonial mandates had been acknowledged, and the Government expected its claim to ie conceded. —Reuter.
