A humorous touch was lent to the campaign in the Richmond (New South Wales) electorate recently. The present member, Mr. Roland Green (Country Party), was again a candidate. H.i« Nationalist opponent was Mr. J. Greene, a brother of Senator Massey Greene. Then Labour announced that its candidate was Mr. G. Green. This puzzle for the befuddled electors was complicated a little more iby the entrance of a fourth candidate! A wireless message stated -that the three gentlemen of colour had polled 9456, 9439, and 5699, while number! four had 6111 to his credit. The preferential vote will, of course, unravel the tangle.
