FRENCH CASUALTIES. NOVEL WATER CARRIERS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION- -COPYRIGHT. (Received Mav 8 11.20 a.m.) ‘ PARIS, May 7. A Rabat message states that casualties among Colonel Frevdenberg’s force in the recent fighting with the Riffs amounted to 13 killed, mostly natives, and 100 wounded. Water in the form of ice blocks was conveyed hy aeroplane to four or five French posts in the besieged district of Biban.—Reuter.
