TE KIRI.

(From Our Own Correspondent). The children are again practising for their annual concert, which takes place the week before Christmas. The Te Kiri Sunday schools are combining in connection with their picnic to be hold at Opunake beach next week. All Sunday scholars will be carried free. I believe the “Scotch” are holding a “braw nicht” on New Year’s Eve, and the Anglicans their popular Christmas "tvee. Taungatara suppliers are very sorry to lose their genial secretary, MrSpooner. He has always helped in nnv way he could, in the interests of the district, especially by his services on the cornet and at dances.
