The liability of a number of insurance companies tc. nay insurances on other destroyed property will depend on the judgment in this case. Plaintiff’s counsel said the issue was-- whether the fire was accidental or came within the exceptions of fire policies, whereon the action was brought. His case vms that vthe fare wa-s accidental. The hearing was adjourned.
