DUNEDIN, Dec, 1. in i i Court James Marcus Delaliunty, charged with forging an examination paper • in the theory of musio purporting to 'be his work as a candidate, for the teachers’ D certificate examination, being in reality the work of another, was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. George E. Mullenger, charged with knowing, the slip to have been forged, causing it to be acted upon as genuine, thereby being admitted to- the practical test m music under the name of Delahunty was also committed for sentence. '
