ESCAPED BABOON.
GIRL ATTACKED. MELBOURNE, Nov. 18. Escaping from a menagerie at the agricultural show grounds at Wendouree, Ballarat, a large baboon charged into the crowd. It rushed at a girl, twined its long arms about her waist, and tore her clothing. An attendant and its trainer secured th* brute.
