COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE.

Cecil- Gilbert John Thompson, a young man, was committed for sentence on a charge oi the theft from Macky, Logan and Caldwell, Ltd., of a quantity of cutlery. clocks, watches, fancy goods, etc., 'of the total value of £2OO. Accused pleaded guilty. Sydney Jamas Foley, charged with receiving from Thompson the goods enumerated, knowing that such were ted to the Supreme Court for sentence, dishonestly obtained, was also' committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
