Smith, commander of the flight squadron, made no mention of Lieut. Locatelli, the missing Italian aviator who crossed the Milwaukee. However! it is reported to-day that.--a search for the Italian had been fruitless Reuter. MISSING AVIATOR. WASHINGTON, Aug. 23. According to a message from Lieut. Smith, the American aviators in Greenland believe that Locatelli, who accompanied them on the hop-off from Iceland, and who has not arrived at h lederieksdal failed to get through the dense fog and never passed Cape Farewell. —Reuter.
