NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STRIKE RATE. is hereby given that in accordance with Section 4 (1) of the Opunnke Harbour Amendment Act, 1908, and the Rating Act, 1908, and amendments, it is the intention of the Opunake Harbour Board, at a meeting to be held at the Board’s yOffice, Napier Street, Opuflake, on TUESDAY, 9th September, 1924, at 11 a.m., to make and levy a General Rate of a half-penny in the pound sterling on the rateable property within that, portion’ of the Egmont County being the ’Opunake Harbour Rating Area, and a rate three half-pence in the pound sterling on the rateable vajue (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the Opunake Town District for the period of twelve months commencing Ist May, 1924, and. ending 31st April, 1925, and payable in one sum -bn 26th September, 1924, at. flie office of the Board.
