(From Our Own Correspondent.) EUCHRE PARTY AND DANCE. To-night there is sure to be a laro- e attendance for the euchre party and dance at the Manaia Town Hall in aid ot the town carnival queen. Good prizes will be given, also good supper and music for the dance. To-morrow night (Tuesday) a leap year dance is to be held in aid of the town queen atInaha. The Inaha committee ha\4 everv detail well in hand; first-class floor, supper and full orchestra for dance. 011 n ednesday night there is sure to be a record attendance at the ball which is to be held at Pihama in aid of the town carnival queen. Every detail is well in hand. On Thursday night a special picture entertainment and dance will’ be held in the Manaia Town Hall in aid of the sports carnival queen; first-class music will be supplied by Renwiek’s orchestra. A large attendance is assured. On Friday night a hard-up dance will be held in the Manaia Town Hall in aid of the town queen. There is to be good prizes for best hard-up costume. A splendid night’s enjoyment is guaranteed.
