It has been possible in the past for an, unscrupulous baker to sell underweight what was really ordinary bread by claiming that the particular shape was fancy bread. The conditions .to*apply now aie that ordinary breaci, irrespective ol name or shape, is to be full two or four lbs, except small loaves, which may be nil to 1-jlbs., and distinguishable from full weight loaves; other bread different to white bread, up to Ijlbs, including currant and Vienna loaves; but not brown wholemeal or malted brown bread, which are not under consideration meanwhile; “Vienna” bread is to be bread made with the additional use of super-heated steam, not Miked’ in a tin, but of long oval shape, with three or more slashes across the surface prior to baking.
