As a result of the Covent Garden strike'2o,ooo tons of fruit are held up at the docks at London. Th& work of discharging steamers stepped at midday, and dockers and carters at Hull, obeying instructions from London, will not handle fruit consigned to Covent Garden. French supplies have been reduced to ope-third the normal quantity.—Reuter.
