OKAIAWA CLUB. The annual meeting of the Okaiawa Bowling Club Avas held recently. The balance-sheet, Avhich Avas read and adopted, shoAved receipts £2BO 19s /d and expenditure £277 14s Bd, leaving a credit balance of £3 4s lid. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: Patron, Air E. Washer; president, Air E. J. Aleuli; treasurer, Air G.' Dnnclas; secretary. Air T. Junes. The following executne committee ivas appointed: Alessrs L. Houlahan (chairman), C. Kasper, H. Kasper, W. Bowman, G. Dundas, j! Barclay, C. Brooke. All C. Brooke AA'as accorded a hearty vote of thanks for his efforts as secreIke sound financial position of the club' being due to his enthusiasm and keen business ability. Air C. L. Kasper, the'late president, "iis also thanked for the keen interest he had taken in the club. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the local ladies for their Avilljng and A’uluahle assistance rendered in connection with the social efforts of the club.
