IT GABLI-PSIBB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHS LONDON, Aug. IS. The Mayors of Offenburg and Appenweir forbade demonstrations when the French evacuated in perfect order, special trains conveying the troops to France.
M. Herriot (Premier of France) told interviewers that the visible results of the London Conference were nothing compared with the moral accomplishments, enabling the avoidance of future pitfalls. He added: “1 have nothing but respect for Mr. Ramsav MacDonald, who maintained a most loyal attitude and entire co-operation. '
