In connection with the action under which the Crown claims :£SOO from a number, of flour millers under the Commercial Trusts Act, application M-as made this morning by the Crouui for a disclosure of the balance-sheets, profits and loss accounts and private ledgers. • Mr - Justice Sim held that the granting of an order would to an extent prejudge the case, and the Crown would have to prove conclusively that the documents wore material. The application M’as dismissed.
