KILLED BY TRAIN. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ASHBURTON, June 14. Alfred Da.lby, aged 45, a married man with several children, Jiving in Christchurch, was run over by a ballast train in a shingle pit at AVinslow this morning and killed,instantly. He was employed as a casual labourer bv the Railway Department. DIED FROAI INJURIES. AUCKLAND, June 14. Daniel Welsh, who was injured at the Glenfield brick and pottery works on Thursday through becoming entangled in a travelling belt, died at the hospital this morning. He was a married msin, aged 41, and leaves a wife and three children. BUSHMAN KILLED. • ’ GISBORNE, June 14.
