OLYMPIC GAMES.
DIFFICULTIES IN TRAINING. BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, June 13. Intending competitors at the Olympic Games are experiencing many difficulties in connection with their training arrangements. Boxers, cyclists, athletes and swimmers each train in different parts, .which are long distances from the hotels. On their arrival the Australian athletes found no facilities whatever provided. The authorities state that Colombes itself is not available for training purposes. Athletes declare that the special training is too heavy and unsuitable, lacking facilities for hurdlers and jumpers. Those who. visited the Colomhp.s racing track to-day say the track is soft, with many holes. Most of the visiting teams are expected here next week, and the Australians are wonder in g f how they will fare. The Americans' are training in their own country and will not arrive until June--24
