Russians Retreat
Received July 1. 9 2 am London, June 30. The Red Crass train from Taschichiao brought 200 wounded to Liao yang. Owing *%p the swift Japanese advance, the Russians at Taschichiao are fearing to be intercepted, and are retreating rapidly. The roads at Haicheag arc almost impassable, owing to the terrific rains.
