ANOTHER LIBEL ACTION.
BALFOUR SUMMONED. ALLEGED LIBEL IN HIS SPEECH AT MANCHESTER, NATIONALISTS LIBELLED. London, December 20. Mr Balfour has been summoned for libel alleged to have been contained in a speech delivered at Manchester, imputing that Nationalists had been convicted and sent to prison under the Crimes Act, whereas they had been acquitted.
