Bennett, Instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Gisborne, acting on the application of the Mortgagee under the provisions of “ The Property Law Consolidation Act, 1888,” will on SATURDAY, the 31st day of December, 1887, at the hour of 2 o’clock in the afternoon, at their Auction Mart, situated in Gladstone Bead, Gisborne, Sell by Public Auction— A LL THOSE PIECES OR PARCELS _2A_ OF LAND situate at Makaraka, in the County of Cook, in the Colony of New Zew Zealand, and being parts of the Matawhero No. 5 B Block, containing together by admeasurement 29 acres 1 rood and 10 perches, more or less, as the same are described and delineated in a certain Deed of Mortgage dated the 14th September, 1885, and registered in the Deeds Registry Office at Napier as No. 19581, made between Mbs Elizabeth Hubbbv and the Public Trustee. The Properly is about three miles from the Post Office, and there is a handsome and commodious Dwelling House upon it at present in the occupation of J. H. Aislabie Esq.
