BUBEAR ISSUES A CHALLENGE. London, Nov. 22. Bubear has issued a challenge to scull any person in the world on the Thames for £2OO a-sida and the championship of England. If Beach beat Hanlan for the championship of the world next Saturday Teemer will challenge him for a niatch of 5000 dollars a-side, to take place in Australia or America as can be arranged.
