FRANCE AGAIN CHECKMATED
SPAIN REFUSES TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH FRANCE. London, October 19, The French Government have made a proposal to the Spanish Government whereby they should have joint control of Morocco. The Spanish Government have declined to listen to the proposals of France with relation to Morocco as they fear serious complications mav arise.
