ARISTOCRATIC DISSIPATION.
A NICE GOVERNOR. LOFTUS SPENDS £BOOO OVER SALARYLondon, September 28. The liabilities in the estate of Lord Loftn* are sec down at £50,000, of which £30,000 are secured. He states that when be was Governor of New South Wales he spent £BOOO per annum in excess of his salary, and that ever since 1858 he had always been below his expenditure. A pension of £l7OO per annum was his only free asset.
