Notice to Correspondents.
Wf. have received a letter re political matters, but as it is not accompanied by a signature we cannot insert it. Correspondents must send their names. That is a well-known journalistic rule and we mean to stick to it. We quite agree with what our correspondent says, and if he will forward his name (in confidence) we shall ba glad to print his letter in our next issue.—(Ed.)
