SPORTING.
FOOTBALL. A match has been arranged forto-day between a Fifteen and a Twenty. The names of the players are as follows : — Fifteen —Lewis, Rua, Rees, Staite, Tyler, Smart, Riki, Dunlop, Leslie, Alien, Arundel, Colebourne, Linnel, Mitchell and Whitehead. Twenty—Karaitiana, Bolton, Booth, A. Wade, Skeet, Higgins, Morgan, Bowley, Sage, Boland, Tucker, Izod, Arthur Wade, Evans, Gillespie, Weston, Hooper, Kennedy and Reed. The above are requested to attend practice, and to notify the Committee whether, in the event of their being selected, they are willing to proceed to Napier. The final selection will take place after next Saturday’s play.
