Ormond Road Board.
A spscul melting of the above Board waa held at their 0 dice, Ormond, at 8 p.m. on Saturday last. Present—Meisrs M. Hogan (in the chair), Parsons and Bidgood. The Secretary (Mr SkiUioorn) brought before the Board several tenders received for the undermentioned works t—--1. Laying 2 two culverts on Main and Bidgood's Roads. 2. Laying 1 culvert neat school reserve 8, Formation 0! 4 chains of Morris' Road, gravelling the same and clearing drains, 4. Laying 2 culverts in Valley Road, and 9 yards gravelling. On the proposition of Mr Bidgood tfie following tenders wore opened No. 1, H. Currie, £l l2s lid. No. 2, H. Currie, £8 12s. No. 8, W. Parsons, £lll W. Morrice, £ll ss; H. Currie, £lO 9s 1 J, Blain, £7 6s lljd. No. 4, J. Blain, £8 17s Od. Nos. 1,2, 3, and 4 D. Dlnan, £lB 17e. Mr Dinan's tender, being tfie lowest, was accepted. The Board then rose.
