MARSHAL GRAZIANI’S TRIAL ABANDONED BY SPECIAL COURT

N.Z.P.A.-Reuter] (Rec. 5.30). ROME, Feb. 27. A special court has been trying Marshal Graziani on charges of the collaboration and cruelty to local populations. The court, however, has declared itself to be incompetent. It has ordered that the case be transferred to a military tribunal. The trial was well into the fifth month. If a military tribunal decides to hear the case, the trial will be reheard. Otherwise the case will be referred to the Supreme Court.
